From iOS/iPad OS 14 (Apple) and Android 10 (Andriod), Randomised MAC/Private Wi-Fi is on by default.

When the Randomized MAC/ Private Wi-Fi Address setting is enabled, a unique MAC address is generated for each network connection. To access the Home Network, you must first connect to the Parkdean customer network using your actual MAC address. Disabling this setting ensures connection with the genuine MAC address. However, it's vital to disable it for both networks for it to work. The Home Network is configured to permit only devices that have initially connected to the Parkdean customer network with the real MAC address. If you are using a randomised MAC address on either of these networks, they won't match against both Parkdean Customer and Home Network, causing the password to be rejected.

By turning off this setting for both networks, the MAC addresses align, allowing successful authentication on the Home Network. This ensures devices can communicate seamlessly within the Home Network.

Note: Apple devices display Wi-Fi Address, Android devices display MAC Address.
