If you have previously set up a Wi-Fi plan on the Standard Park Connect service you will need to check that it has not expired. All of the Wi-Fi plans have an expiry date. When the plan expires your devices will be inactive and you need to renew your plan to get back online.

If you have added your device to your account but are having trouble connecting, please check if you have the "randomised MAC/Private Wifi address" setting turned on. This feature generates a random MAC/Wi-Fi address that doesn't match the one you registered, even if you entered the correct MAC address. To fix this issue, turn off this setting, and your device should connect to your account and show as active. If you need help disabling this feature, click here.
