There are no specific payment issues with the Wifinity platform.

On Parks where there is with a weak 4/5G signal, customers are advised to ensure that they are connected to the PDR Customer Network (and not 4G) when making the payments. In addition, customers are advised to enable Wi-Fi calling.

Wi-Fi Calling lets you make and receive calls, as well as send messages over a Wi-Fi connection when a mobile network signal isn't available or is weak. This is important for the bank verification text needed when making payments for Wi-Fi. Enabling Wi-Fi calling ensures that the bank verification text will arrive to the mobile handset as the message is sent over Wi-Fi and not 4G.

For this Wi-Fi calling to work, the mobile phone must be connected to a Wi-Fi network, have an active SIM card inserted, and Wi-Fi calling must be enabled on the handset. Old handsets may not have Wi-Fi calling.
