1. Refunds.

You must contact the Park Connect Customer Service Team for all refund related enquiries. Only the person named on the account (account holder) can request a refund.

2. Cancelling a subscription on the Standard Park Connect (free) Wi-Fi service

N.B. Once cancelled you will see the page for all Wi-Fi plans.

Log into your Wi-Fi account.

Before you start, make sure you are connected to the Wi-Fi network called PDR Customer. To Access your Wi-Fi account, open a web browser (e.g. Google Chrome) and type the following web address: https://hotspot.wifinity.com/v2

Click Log In and then enter the email address and password for your Wi-Fi account.

On the Dashboard view, go to Manage Your Plan and click View.

Under Subscriptions select Cancel My Plan.

Complete the two Survey Questions.

On the 'No Active Subscriptions found ...' page, click Go to Plans.

Select a new plan or Log out of the account.

3. Cancelling a subscription on the Premium Park Connect+ (chargeable) Wi-Fi service

Please contact the Park Connect Customer Service Team to cancel your premium subscription.
