If your device can see the Parkdean Customer Network, but each time you try to connect you are unable to, then try resetting the Wi-Fi Access Point (a.k.a router) by switching it off and then back on. It will take 15-20 minutes to fully re-set. You can then try connecting to the Parkdean Customer Network.

The Wi-Fi Access Point (a.k.a router) is typically installed in the boiler / broom cupboard or a bedroom cupboard. Sometimes they are installed in the open living room/ lounge area.

If you have re-set the Wi-Fi Access Point (a.k.a router) and the Parkdean Customer is available, but you are still unable to connect any device to it from within the accommodation unit then there may be an issue with the Wi-Fi Antenna or the Wi-Fi signal.

If your device says Connected no internet or Failed to obtain an IP address then there is an problem with the Wi-Fi signal.

If you are a holiday guest, please report the issue to Reception.

If you are an owner, please report the issue to Wifinity and make your Park Owner team aware.

Check the signal strength of the "Parkdean Customer" network name on your Wi-Fi list. If it shows only 1 bar, it's possible that your router is turned off or there is no router installed in your holiday home. In this case, the signal you're seeing may be coming from a nearby holiday home, and it may be too weak to establish a connection to the network. However, you can still use the network around the site for internet connectivity.

Are you having trouble connecting to the Parkdean Customer Network despite previously being connected?

If so, please forget the network and follow these steps to reconnect. Make sure to turn off the Randomised MAC/Private Wi-Fi Address feature before attempting to connect. This should help you get reconnected successfully.
