Laptops, smartphones and Tablets can be added directly to your Wi-Fi account and connected to the PDR Customer Network. You do not need to add these devices to the PDR Home Network to get them connected to the internet.

For Smart TVs, Firesticks and Peripherals, it is recommended that you connect these to the PDR Home Network

The PDR Home Network allows you to create your own secure and private network to connect all of your devices together, just like using Wi-Fi at home.

N.B. You must identify the MAC address (unique 12 digit code) of the smart TV, Firestick or Peripheral that you want to add to your Wi-Fi account. Typically this will be under the System Settings > Network. You can search Google for the name of your device, e.g. Amazon Firestick, and the words How to Find MAC address.

1. Log into your Wi-Fi account.

Before you start, make sure you are connected to the Wi-Fi network called PDR Customer. To Access your Wi-Fi account, open a web browser (e.g. Google Chrome) and type the following web address: https://hotspot.wifinity.com/v2

Click Log In and then enter the email address and password for your Wi-Fi account.

2. In the Account Dashboard view, navigate to Your Devices and Click View.

Select Add a device.

3. On Device Name, click Next or rename your device.

Select Device Type from the drop down list.

Type the 12 digit code (MAC address) into the MAC address field.

Click Add device.

4. Now you need to connect your device to the PDR Home Network.

On your device, e.g. Smart TV, Firestick, search for all available Wireless networks. You will need to select the PDR Home Network. Enter the password for the PDR Home Network to connect to it.

N.B the password for the PDR Home Network can be found on your Wi-Fi account under Device Management. In the example below, the password for the PDR Home Network is once8vowel2design
